Esencia Style
Esencia design character springs from two sources – its elevated, hillside setting, refreshed by nearby coastal breezes; and its agrarian history which today consists of acres of lemon and avocado orchards, along with our own community farm. Together, they both suggest a light, airy farmhouse-inspired approach to both architecture and décor, interpreted for Southern California and adapted for contemporary life. Rafters, barn doors, outdoor rooms, beams, plank flooring, paneling, wrought iron and galvanized metal in soft neutrals, patinated materials and classic ivory collaborate to create a radiant, sophisticated and timeless ambiance.
This month features “outdoor rooms” that bring the outdoors in and the indoors out.
