Boulder Pond & Playground is a new recreational outdoor community amenity offering a variety of resident experiences including a half-mile of walking paths, 3.5 acre pond, and playground for children of all ages. Walk the perimeter of the pond, let the kids climb, swing, roll and explore; it is all here at Rienda's Boulder Pond & Playground. Future plans exist to create seamless connections between Boulder Pond & Playground with other Rienda amenities including direct access to The Perch for 55+ Gavilan® residents.
