Neighborhoods Awarded Three Coveted Gold Nugget Honors

We are thrilled to announce that two Esencia neighborhoods were recognized with prestigious Gold Nugget Awards.

Selected among an elite group of homebuilders, Warmington Residential was honored with two Merit Awards for homes in Trellis, while William Lyon Homes received a Grand Award for its work in Vireo. These awards honor architectural design and planning, and the best of the best are chosen from a national slate of talented entrants.

The specific awards are as follows:

Vireo earned the Grand Award for Best Seniors Housing Community – Active Adult / Independent Living – Detached Product. The judges recognized this neighborhood for its thoughtful and highly social organization along with the low maintenance appeal and clean farmhouse architecture – all creating a gorgeous and convenient 55+ Gavilán community.

Trellis – Plan 3 won an Award of Merit in the category for Best Single Family Detached Home – under 2,000 sq. ft. and Award of Merit for Residential Housing Project of the Year – Detached Product.

Awards were presented during the 53^rd annual Gold Nugget Awards ceremony in San Francisco, California on June 23, 2016. The event was a grand affair held during PCBC®, the largest real estate development conference and trade show in the west coast region.

Six Additional Neighborhoods Now Selling at Rancho Mission Viejo’s Newest Phase of the Village of Rienda

Rancho Mission Viejo officials today announced the opening of the next phase of the Village of Rienda. A total of 514 homes are available in six new neighborhoods from distinguished Neighborhood Builders Lennar, Pulte Homes, Shea Homes, Tri Pointe Homes, and Trumark Homes. A grand opening celebration was held on Sunday, January 14 and was attended by close to 800 potential homebuyers.
