Modern living and access to nature come together inside Trumark Home’s wildly popular community Willow at Rienda.

The two-story, attached townhomes in Rancho Mission Viejo range in size from 910 to 1,540 square feet with two floor plans. The first is a one bedroom with an open-concept main floor and features like Shaker-style cabinets and ceramic tiles in the entry. The second, a two bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom home, also has an open concept layout, plus a center island and quartz countertops in the kitchen, a spa-style bathroom off the primary bedroom and much more.

Willow residents also have the benefit of living in Rancho Mission Viejo’s Rienda neighborhood, with close proximity to nature and hiking trails, plus the wealth of amenities at Ranch Camp, among them a 20,000-square foot lagoon-style pool, the open-air fitness center and picnic area.

Those with very young children will appreciate knowing that Rienda School, serving transitional kindergarten through eighth grade with a STEAM focus, is set to open in fall of 2027.

This may all sound perfect, but there’s a catch. At the time of writing this, very few homes remained in Willow. There are, however, more communities to explore in Rienda, including Trumark’s larger, single-family homes, Sapphire and Lotus.
