368 New Homes Coming to South Orange County, Some Priced Under $800,000
Sales have begun for 368 new homes in south Orange County – some with pricing starting under $800,000. Local builders are trying to leverage some year-end sales momentum by opening five new communities just off Ortega Highway. And some of the product now for sale is more “affordable” than the countywide median selling price for all residences – new and existing – of $960,000 for November, according to CoreLogic. At the Rancho Mission Viejo master-planned community, the Village of Rienda has 279 more homes for sale – with two to four bedrooms – from Lennar, Tri Pointe Homes and Trumark Homes.
