Newlyweds Plant Roots in Rancho Mission Viejo’s Village of Rienda, Finding More Than Just a Home
Rancho Mission Viejo, CA (October 16, 2025) – For newlyweds Renetta and Francisco Cardenas, finding a place to call their own meant discovering a community where they could build a life together. They found all that and more in the master-planned community of Rancho Mission Viejo.
“One of my best friends lives in Rancho Mission Viejo, so we spent a lot of time there visiting them and house-sitting. We fell in love with the community and watched it grow. When we toured the Willow models in the Village of Rienda, we ended up making a reservation the very same day. We were not expecting to, but the Trumark Homes models were beautiful, the price was right, and the neighborhood just felt perfect for us.”
As they settle in, the couple is embracing all that The Ranch has to offer, including the trails, resort-style amenities and friendly neighbors.
Renetta and Francisco are especially looking forward to joining various resident led clubs, including the Fitness & Wellness Club as well as the Finance Club. They are also excited to become volunteers at The Nature Reserve and experience the upcoming festive holiday traditions on The Ranch.
“I was aware that Ranch Mission Viejo had some pretty amazing amenities, but ever since getting on the RanchLife resident app, I am beyond impressed by the number of events and activities available to the community. We already loved the community, but the clubs, events, activities, and resources offered take it to another level, and have exceeded our expectations! We’ve just been blown away by the opportunities available to us.”
Above all else, Renetta and Francisco were searching for a community where they could grow their family, watch kids play outside and form lasting relationships with neighbors.
“Living on The Ranch feels different. This home is ours. When we toured, we saw a lot of young families, which was a huge selling point for us. We’re so ready to create memories and start our family here. It’s everything we were looking for, and we cannot wait to start this new chapter,” said Renetta.
The couple is also excited for the brand-new Rienda K-8 School to open, which is walking distance from their home.
