Rancho Mission Viejo Launches First-Of-Its-Kind Well-being Series Called “Flourish”

Rancho Mission Viejo, CA (January 13, 2022) – Rancho Mission Viejo, a 23,000-acre master planned community in South Orange County, has launched a new well-being focused series called “Flourish.” Each video podcast episode features a conversation with a renowned wellbeing expert, including those affiliated with the Global Wellness Institute (GWI), on a variety of topics such as physical and mental wellbeing as well as financial and technology wellbeing.

“Wellbeing is at the forefront of everything we do here on The Ranch, and Flourish is a first-of-its-kind look at how wellness can be better understood and experienced on The Ranch,” said Amaya Genaro, vice president of community services, Rancho Mission Viejo. “We not only explore the different aspects of wellbeing as it relates directly to life on The Ranch, but also explore advice and expert tips that carry into all aspects of one’s life and to making it the happiest and healthiest it can be.”

Season One will consist of seven episodes of in-depth conversations with leading wellbeing experts.

This month, individuals will be able to view two of the seven episodes, which feature:

· Cecelia Girr, Director of Cultural Strategy at Backslash & Skylar Huber, who explores financial health and wellness. The episode will be available on Friday, 1/14.

· Ryan Berman, Founder of Courageous & Author of Return on Courage, who discusses the guiding principles of courage in today's world. The episode will be available on Friday, 1/28.

Viewers can expect the third episode to launch early next month. Debra Duneier, a certified Feng Shui master delves deeper into how the energy of built environments and the natural world can positively influence wellbeing.

The remaining episodes will launch in the coming months.

"Reflecting on the opportunity to share my thousand day journey deconstructing courage as part of the Flourish series was a joy. My hope is this conversation inspires others to not simply embody or embrace change; but to have the courage to create the change they aspire to see in themselves or their world,” said Ryan Berman.
