Elise L. Millington is the Chief Operating Officer of Rancho Mission Viejo. In this capacity she is responsible for overseeing daily operations for various community development, ranching and farming, investment properties, and management and operating entities.
Ms. Millington joined the Rancho Mission Viejo leadership team in 2004, as Vice President of Finance. She most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for 8 years until being promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2022.
Prior to joining Rancho Mission Viejo Ms. Millington was employed at The Irvine Company for 22 years where she served in various finance and accounting senior management capacities.
Ms. Millington graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, and received an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Partners Bank of California and the Advisory Board for the Boys and Girls Club of Capistrano Valley, and is a full member of the Urban Land Institute.
Ms. Millington was born in Michigan but raised in Orange County, and currently resides in Rancho Mission Viejo.
