The O'Neill/Avery/Moiso family Ranch Plan, which has been approved by the County of Orange, is a comprehensive open space preservation/management and land use plan for the remaining 23,000 acres of Rancho Mission Viejo.
The Ranch Plan involved over a decade's worth of public input. It is founded on sound, scientific and environmental research. These science-based findings identified the areas best suited for preservation and those best suited for development.
Through their visionary efforts to create, secure approval for and implement The Ranch Plan, the family continues to honor its commitment to the people and the future of South Orange County.
